If you need medical help when we are closed, please contact NHS 111 or visit 111 online.

Physical accessibility

Kew Medical Practice entrance has ramp access and consultation rooms for patients who require disabled access or have mobility issues with be seen on the ground floor. Please notify our staff of your needs and we will accommodate.

For the hard of hearing we have an Induction Loop at reception for both sites.

For the visually impaired and hard of hearing we welcome guide dogs.
