Ordering repeat prescriptions

Repeat prescriptions can be ordered as follows:

• Online via NHS App
• At Reception in person
• Request via pharmacy

Please allow 48 hours (2 working days) to process your prescription.

Please note, in the interest of safety and confidentiality, we can not accept telephone requests for prescriptions.

Hospital Prescriptions

Prescriptions from the hospital can only be used at the hospital pharmacy. If you need a prescription from the doctor, it will have to be reviewed first, however we might not be able to issue the prescription as you have gone privately/else where.
