Test results

For results of any tests ordered by your doctor please phone:

 020 8487 8292 after 3.00pm Monday to Friday

As a general rule:

• Blood tests are back within 5-7 working days
• Urine and stool specimens within 5-7 working days
• Skin biopsy 8 weeks
• Cervical smears up to 4 weeks
• X-ray results within 10 working days

Your doctor looks at your test results and notes if everything is normal or if there’s something to be concerned about. Just ask the receptionist, and they can tell you what the doctor said and if there’s anything you need to do about it.

We advise you to phone the practice to get your test results as it is not possible to contact every patient individually.
