We would like to make you aware that we have recently had an extremely high number of administrative requests, including many relating to Covid vaccination documentation and hospital referrals.
We are triaging emails in order to prioritize them. Please be aware that non-urgent request or questions may take up to 28 days to process. Please be patient and avoid writing several emails in relation to the same query.
Whilst we will endeavor to respond to all queries in a timely manner, please be advised that our priority is the timely and safe delivery of core clinical services and any administration related to these.
Please note that official documentation related to the Covid vaccination programme will be made available through the NHS App, which we encourage you to download and use. Please also note that we have relatively little ability to influence the national vaccination programme (including the timing and nature of the vaccination you will be offered), and your questions about this may be answered here: https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/coronavirus-vaccination/
We are unable to prioritize chasing up any hospital referrals, and you should contact the hospital directly. If your clinical situation has changed significantly, please book an appointment to discuss this.
